Who doesn’t want a good height..?? Well !! everyone want it and why not ?? A good height can definitely boost your confidence and enhances your personality.
But… While some people are blessed with a good height, there are some people who are suffering from the curse of short height. People with short height generally feels low confidence and self conscious about their height. There are various factors that determines growth of height :

♥ ROOT OF ASHWAGANDHA OR INDIAN GINSENG :
Ashwagandha, also known as Indian Ginseng, has a wide range of health benefits, including its ability to fight against cancer and diabetes, as well as reduce inflammation, arthritis, asthma, hypertension, stress. It also has antibacterial and anticonvulsant properties and also said be an amazing remedy to increase your height naturally.
- Ashwagandha root is available in the market either in powdered form, dried form, or fresh root form. So either Take dried root of ashwagandha and blend it to form a fine powder and strain it in a fine strainer or you can also take ready made powder.
- And add equal quantity of powdered sugar or rock candy (mishri).
- Store well in an air tight bottle.
- Consume 2 tsp or 6 gm of this powder followed by cow milk daily before bedtime.
- Follow this remedy regularly for 40 days.
- This remedy is more beneficial if followed in winter season.
