We all know that food choice of a mother while pregnancy affects, how the baby develops physically as well as mentally.

But.. do you know that mother’s food habits during pregnancy will also helps in getting a fair and beautiful baby!! well.., there is no definite research behind it but our dadi’s and nani’s used to follow these myths as told to them by their mothers or mother-in-laws and now they use to taught these tips to their daughters or daughter in laws.

Below is the list of some food ingredients that pregnant women should include in their diet during pregnancy because along with giving fair skin to babies they are highly nutritious to both the baby in womb and the to be mother .

 

♥  ORANGES :

Orange is the best fruit during pregnancy. Orange, belonging to citrus family, is rich in vitamin C which is very good for the mother as well as her baby. It is said that eating

  • 2 oranges daily
  • during afternoon
  • from first to eighth month of pregnancy

 will not only makes mothers healthy and beautiful but also makes their baby’s skin fair, although there is no definite research behind it.

 

♥  VANSHLOCHAN  POWDER :

Vanshlochan powder is said to be very beneficial for pregnant women as it makes both the mother and her baby healthy and strong. You can get this powder easily from any grocery shop or other herbal drug store. It has the following benefits :

  • It helps in begetting a fair, beautiful and a healthy child.
  • It avoids the chances of miscarriage among pregnant women.
  • It overcomes weakness among mothers during pregnancy and keeps the child healthy and disease free.

So, the pregnant women

  • As soon as tested positive for pregnancy should start consuming

  • Daily after meal
  • during 9 months of their pregnancy.

 

♥  GRAPE JUICE :

  • Drink 60 gm of fresh grape juice
  • twice a day.

 AMLA MARMALADE  (MURABBA) :

Amla (the Indian gooseberry) as we all know, is a power pack of nutrients. It has been a common ingredient in Indian medicinal practice of Ayurveda. It’s a potent source of Vitamin C and also contains iron and calcium. so,

  • It is advisable for pregnant women to consume a piece of amla marmalade
  • daily
  • preferably in breakfast.
  • It is beneficial both for the child in womb and going to be mothers as it keep both of them healthy and strong..
