Here are some of the natural and home made remedies that can be used to cure such problem without any side effect:
♥ MELON AND POPPY SEEDS :
- Take some melon seeds and white poppy seeds, and grind them separately.
- Mix them together (in equal quantity) and store them well in an air tight container.
- Consume about 3 gms or 1 tsp of this mixture twice a day preferably in morning and evening.
- Consume it for about 1-3 weeks or as per the requirement.
- It is a great remedy in curing chronic headache and sleeplessness problem.
♥ MINT TEA WITH HONEY :
- Take 200 gms of water in a pan.
- Add 3 gms of fresh mint leaves to it and boil it for 2-3 minutes.
- Strain it and let it cool down a bit.
- Now add 2 tsp honey to it.
- consume it everyday before bed time.
- Consume it for 3-4 weeks as per need.
♥ APPLE MARMALADE (MURABBA) :
- Try to eat a piece of Apple murabba (marmalade) followed by a glass of hot milk.
- Consume it before bed time.
- Follow it regularly for 10-15 days.
- It is a great remedy for weak memory and sleeplessness.
♥ GYAN MUDRA :
Gyan Mudra is a powerful mudra (or hand position) practiced for thousands of years by yogis that brings peace, calm, and spiritual progress. It is an another easy as well as important remedy to cure such problem. All you need to do is :
- Connect the thumb and the forefinger (tip to tip). The other fingers are straight but relaxed. Pressure between the thumb and forefinger should be light.
- Practice it as long as you can like while walking, laying on bed or while you are sitting free. it will help a lot in curing such a chronic problem.
